Mini Mailbox {Makeover}

Do you remember my other Mailbox Makeover? Well wouldn't you know there would happened to be another mailbox at our house that needed a major revamp! 

This little beauty was attached to the front of the house (where it will end up again) and it was in poor shape as you can see, and FULL of cigarette butts!

All I did was...
Sand it a little
Spray Paint with Primer
Paint it my fave color  (Same as House Numbers) with a foam brush
Print out an R and a design on Cricut
Tape it to mailbox to use as stencil
Paint over stencil with white
Hung it on House...


Pretty cute eh?

I fall more and more in LOVE with my lil old house and it's MANY imperfections everyday!

Hoping to Adopt

I normally don't get personal WHATSOEVER on my blog, but I feel like I need to share this with you! 
We have been under lots of stress lately, for many reasons, but this is what has taken a lot of my time and most of my thoughts. 
We are hoping to adopt, for us, obviously... and for my 7 yr old... who desperately wants a sibling!
We all know that Adoption is crazy expensive, so we are doing what we can to save up, but it wont be enough.. it will cost us almost as much as what my hubs makes in a YEAR! Sick, I know! 
And don't get me started!.. It is Flesh-selling at it's finest, that's all I have to say about that!

 I am just letting ya'll know why I have been a lil inconsistent lately, and that I will try my best to post at least once a week. 

I also just want to put it out there that we are an awesome family, hoping to bring home a lil bundle of joy! If you know of anyone that is putting their child up for adoption, please think of us... we are open to ANY race or gender.

ALSO we want to have an Adoption Fundraiser and we would be SO grateful for ANY help you could possibly give. I am open to any suggestions!!! RobertsonAdoption@gmail.com

It's Overflowing

Healthy BLT-A {Gluten Free Goodie}

This is a GO-TO meal for me when I am craving fresh and savory... or something FAST!

• Bacon (duh) I like to buy bacon that has the smallest ingredient list on it as possible.. especially if you are trying to go gluten-free
• Cream Cheese {you can sub this for mayo, ranch or any other dressing you like}
• Tomato
• Avocado
• Big Lettuce leaves of your choice

Rinse and lay out lettuce
Slather with cream cheese
lay out tomatoes, avocado, and bacon

Roll it up and enjoy!!!!
