We have been under lots of stress lately, for many reasons, but this is what has taken a lot of my time and most of my thoughts.
We are hoping to adopt, for us, obviously... and for my 7 yr old... who desperately wants a sibling!
We all know that Adoption is crazy expensive, so we are doing what we can to save up, but it wont be enough.. it will cost us almost as much as what my hubs makes in a YEAR! Sick, I know!
And don't get me started!.. It is Flesh-selling at it's finest, that's all I have to say about that!
I am just letting ya'll know why I have been a lil inconsistent lately, and that I will try my best to post at least once a week.
ALSO we want to have an Adoption Fundraiser and we would be SO grateful for ANY help you could possibly give. I am open to any suggestions!!! RobertsonAdoption@gmail.com

oh andrea! we will be praying for a wonderful and bountiful turnout for your fundraiser.. and yes it is horrible how much it cost and to go international is not any cheaper with all the flying and staying. we decided to foster to adopt since the fertility road is so hard going and the cost of private adoption.

Oh, I wished I lived in Utah to come and also donate items. If I make a trip to Utah before this I will bring some stuff with me to donate. Good luck! I am praying for you guys. You deserve the best!

yes u r right, it is a racket and so sad for the families and kids. please feel free to email me (mnwimp@gmail.com) if you ever want to talk about it or the f2a. i know for us, it is so much harder when your only child wants a sibling so bad you can see it in their eyes.
Your family is gorgeous. Picture perfect in fact. I wish you much success at your fundraiser and in all your adoption efforts. It is, just shameful that you want a child more then anything, and there are millions that would love nothing more then to be part of a loving home... yet they can not connect, due to money, etc... This subject hits close to home. Due to cancer, I was not able to have another child, or a sibling for our son. I also have close family members that I have watched struggle to conceive. I hope this journey ends with a sweet baby wrapped in your arms!! Maybe even a boy so hubby has someone to do guy stuff with ;)
How pretty you all look together! I hope you bring home an angel and I'm sure someone's there for you, wrapped and ready.

Saying a prayer for your sweet family!!! My sister is fostering to adopt...he's 5 weeks and darling! Won my heart the first second I layed eyes on him!!! I'm excited to watch the rest of the story play out...praying for your journey!
