Healthy BLT-A {Gluten Free Goodie}

This is a GO-TO meal for me when I am craving fresh and savory... or something FAST!

  • Bacon (duh) I like to buy bacon that has the smallest ingredient list on it as possible.. especially if you are trying to go gluten-free
  • Cream Cheese {you can sub this for mayo, ranch or any other dressing you like}
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Big Lettuce leaves of your choice

Rinse and lay out lettuce
Slather with cream cheese
lay out tomatoes, avocado, and bacon
Roll it up and enjoy!!!!
